You should know that the Division makes great efforts to provide training that is not only useful to people who are considering a career in the Services, but is also directed at helping to formulate individual pride and confidence as well as respect for others. Some of the training we will be providing in the coming drill year will include that listed below. As you can see, we provide training on Ethics, Personal and Professional development, Communications Skills, Safety and Leadership. We are committed to combating drug and alcohol abuse and sexual harassment at all levels. Our instructors come from various walks of life and address topics that are familiar to them because of their professions and experience. We have former military officers, members of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Federal and local law enforcement officers and others who deal with the subject matter. So you see, the program is not just a fun experience for your teen, but we mix-in a wide range of subjects that young adults can benefit from no matter which career route they may choose.
