The administrative officer is responsible to the executive officer for all unit administrative matters; to include the following:
  • Preparation of outgoing correspondence.

  • Compiling of unit reports except those pertaining to training, fiscal, and material matters.

  • Maintaining unit files and records.

  • Cognizance of preparations for the annual inspection.

Ens. Gonzalez also serves as the division's Personnel Officer and is responsible to the executive officer for maintenance of cadet and officer service records, and for monitoring the enrollment status of all hands.
